Shipping time varies and depends on the the location the order is being sent. Below gives you an estimated shipping time frame based on that geographic location.

USA - 7-20 business days

Canada/Europe - 10-20 business days 

Australia/New Zealand - 10-30 business days

Mexico/South America - 14-30 business days

Processing begins once your order has been verified and your payment approved. This typically take 1-5 business day. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped from our warehouse



All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse after they have been processed. All orders come with a tracking number. This allows you to conveniently monitor the movement of your order from the time it leaves our warehouse through to the time it arrives at your door. Therassage is not responsible for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for any parcels that are delayed, lost, or damaged, as well as any parcels that may have been sent to an incorrect or invalid address.



No worries at all! This may occur depending on the shipping company used and may take a couple days for the information to be updated. This should not occur if you have placed an order with us that longer than 5 business days. Should you still not have a tracking number after this time period or having difficulty tracking your package, you can email us via the “Contact” tab.
